Barbara was born in Hagerstown, MD on February 21, 1959 to Robert Eugene and Helen Genevieve Knable.  She passed at 65 years of age on September 30, 2024 after a long illness.  She was a 1977 class member at South Hagerstown High School.

Barbara is survived by her husband of 42 years, Victor Lee Timmons; son Justin Steven Timmons, daughter Angel Renae Fellers (Tom); grandchildren Brenna Timmons, Kyleigh Timmons, Connor Timmons and Murphy Timmons; her great grandchildren, Julian Octavia and Azalayh; siblings Ronnie Knable (Gina), Nancy Repp, Tim Knable (Wanda), Robert Knable (Tracy) and Rodney Knable (Kim) as well as many nieces and nephews.

After starting a family she moved to Delaware and became a successful insurance agent working for American General Life Insurance Company as a top agent. Barbara traveled to the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Nashville and Disney World to name a few.  She loved the ocean and the salt air most and was a member of the Seaford Moose Lodge #1728.

Barbara was a kind and caring person and was always there for those in need.  Her caring nature shows still as she was an organ donor and would like everyone to become one also.  She loved reading the Bible on her phone.
