Eleanor "Frog" Noble Manogue of Seaford, DE passed away on Friday, October 10, 2025 at Commonwealth Senior Living in Salisbury, Maryland. She was 90.

She was born on January 26, 1935 in Federalsburg, Maryland, the daughter of the late Roland Kemp Noble and Mary Magdalene Noble.

She was a member of the MT Olivet United Methodist Church in Seaford, Delaware. She worked and retired from PNC bank after many years of service.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother William Albert Noble. Also she was preceded in death by sisters Betty Noble Schevel and Louise "Bo" Cohee.

She is survived by her daughters Kathryn (Katie) Eccleston (David) of Salisbury, MD and Karen Robinson of Glen Rock, PA and by a sister Shirley Steele of Laurel, Delaware. Also survived by three grandsons; Josh Trice (Kay) of Federalsburg, MD, Sheldon Trice (Kate) of Sykesville, MD and Chad Leschefsky of Reston, VA. In addition to her grandsons she is survived by seven great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a date to be announced.
