Maryanne Emkey, affectionately known as Mary, passed away on January 9, 2025, at the age of 67. Born on October 12, 1957, in Baltimore, MD, to Joseph and Ruth Huth. She spent her final years in Laurel, DE.

Mary was a devoted wife to Christian Melvin Emkey Jr. and a loving mother to her three daughters, Amber Graziadei, Mea Emkey, and Kristen Sullivan. She took immense pride in her role as a mother and grandmother, cherishing every moment spent with her grandchildren, Jimmy Graziadei Jr., Tatum Graziadei, and Gemma Graziadei. Also her two Son-in-law's, James Graziadei and John Sullivan. Mary often expressed her gratitude for her family's unwavering support, especially appreciating the love and care Chris provided throughout their life together.

A woman of simple joys, Mary found happiness in camping, playing bingo, and watching Hallmark movies. Her vibrant personality shone through her kindness, infectious laugh, and ever-present smile. She was never one to hold back her opinions and was known for her candid honesty, often sharing her thoughts with warmth and sincerity.

Mary's greatest accomplishments were her children and grandchildren, who will forever carry her love and values in their hearts. She leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter, and her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.

Mary's family is planning a Celebration of Life in the springtime.
