Robert A. Kelly Jr., "The Goat"

Mr. Robert A. Kelly Jr. of Millsboro, DE, passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at the age of 66.

Bobby was born on August 1, 1959, in Baltimore, MD, to the late Robert Kelly Sr. and Ann Kelly.

Bobby was a devoted husband to Barbara Kelly for 30 years. During that time, he joined the Captain's Table and found friendship, guidance, and comfort over the last 25 years, in which he earned the name "The Goat." If he wasn't at the Captain's Table, Bobby was spending time with family or working at Giant, where he was able to retire after 35 years. He then bought his home in Millsboro, DE, where he could enjoy his retirement, visit the beach every morning, and live out his days as a "Poppop" and eventually a "Great Poppop."

Bobby is survived by his loving wife, Barb; his children, Amanda and her significant other Larry; Lee Hagan; and Melissa and her husband Gage. Grandchildren Justin, Jordan, Cassandra, George, Kamryn, Steve, Gavin, Hanah, and Leland; and his great-grandchildren Leilani, Cayden, and Weston.

Memorial services will be held in Baltimore, MD, at a later date. Until then, Go Raiders and may God grant you the serenity.
