Shawn Dyson Sr., aged 38, passed away on November 28, 2024. He was born on September 14, 1986, in Salisbury, Maryland, to Timothy Dyson Sr. and Lisa Dennis. A proud resident of Delmar, Delaware, he attended Delmar High School. Throughout most of his life, Shawn worked beside his father as an equipment operator and scrap metal dealer and was known for his entrepreneurial spirit. He had the generous nature to give freely to others, exemplifying a kind and big-hearted character. He possessed an extraordinary ability to bring joy and smiles to those around him.

Shawn is survived by his parents, Timothy Dyson Sr. and Lisa Dennis; daughter, Hailie (Princess) Dyson; son, Shawn (O' Mack) Dyson Jr.; sister, Rachel Shorter (Josh Shorter); brother, Cody Dyson (Kimberly Dyson); sister, Courtney Dyson; brother, Zach Dyson; and sister, Mckenzie Dyson. He is also survived by his favorite uncle, Johnny Dyson (Becky Dyson), along with many uncles, aunts, nephews, and cousins. Shawn was preceded in death by his grandparents, Eileen and John Dyson Sr and a brother Timothy Dyson Jr.
