Mr. William Francis Graham, Jr. of Bridgeville, DE passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2025. He was 73

years old.

Bill was born on March 13, 1952, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late William F. Graham Sr. and

Dorothy Graham.

He was an Airborne Ranger of the 75 Ranger Regiment and served his country with honor and earned a

purple heart when he was wounded in battle during the Vietnam war. After returning home, Bill

returned to his passions and resumed drag racing and auto repair. He owned and operated many

businesses over the years from his auto mechanic and towing company to his welding company and

delicatessen. He could build and fix anything with his welding and mechanical skills as well as his many

other handyman skills and was also known for his culinary skills. William was dedicated to his children and

grandchildren and loved by his family and friends and will be missed dearly.

Bill is survived by his five children and their children: William F. Graham III (Cheryl) of Port Deposit, MD

and son Justin; Tracey Panfile of Limerick, PA and three children Jordan, Jamal, and Crystal; Tiffany

Nelligan (Charles) of Collegeville, PA and two children Ethan and Casey; Sean Graham (Nina) of Dagsboro,

DE and two children Aaliyah and Kenna; Megan Graham (Christopher) of Bridgeville, DE and three

children Cameron, Chase, and Carson.

A memorial for William is going to be held privately at a date and time specified with the immediate

family.
